- Preventing Hallucinations: Luci employs RAG to ensure its generative responses are grounded in case-specific data. By retrieving and using relevant information directly from validated sources, Luci minimizes the risk of inaccuracies or “hallucinations” in its outputs.
- Case-Centric Insights: Every recommendation or narrative generated is anchored in the underlying data of the case, providing traceability and context for each decision.
- Controlled Prompt Engineering: Luci operates with predefined, rigorously tested prompts that are optimized for accuracy and relevance, when provided by Lucinity. This eliminates the risk of user-generated prompts introducing ambiguity or leading to hallucinations, ensuring consistent and grounded outputs.
