Notification of a data breach 

In case of a personal data breach by Lucinity or a Sub-Processor, Lucinity will take appropriate measures per the GDPR. 

Data Protection Officer (DPO) 

Lucinity has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to manage any data requests and handle any data issues or data breaches
