In her role, Theresa is responsible for continuously innovating the Lucinity platform and shaping the Lucinity product strategy. Before joining Lucinity, Theresa worked as a Machine Learning Expert for Realyse, where she was involved in developing various complex AI models. Theresa holds a Master of Science in Machine Learning and Deep Learning from the University College London and a Bachelor of Science from Queen Mary University of London.
Phoebe Kao (Speaker)
Head of Compliance at Microsoft C+AIPhoebe is a thought leader in risk, compliance, and governance at Microsoft, specializing in banking, capital markets, and public sectors. She leads a team of compliance engineers, ensuring customers navigate their cloud journey securely with Microsoft's solutions. Prior to Microsoft, Phoebe spent 20 years on Wall Street in executive roles at Wells Fargo, JPMorgan, and Citigroup, focusing on Governance, Risk, and Control (GRC). She holds a Master’s degree in Risk Management from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics. Phoebe is also a keynote speaker and guest lecturer on cloud risk and data governance.
Rogier Binsbergen (Moderator)
Director at S&P GlobalRogier is responsible for the product strategy and business operations for KY3P® Assessments at S&P Global Market Intelligence. Before joining S&P, Rogier was a Director at PwC in Amsterdam and Milan, advising globally significant financial institutions on finance and risk management. He holds extensive experience in developing risk strategies, operational processes, and implementing new technologies. Rogier holds a strong background in Finance and Risk Management and has supported a variety of international clients in navigating complex financial landscapes.
