Lucinity has been cited as a representative provider in Gartner’s Innovation Insight: GenAI Use Cases That Deliver Business Value in Banking.

Gartner’s research was authored by Jasleen Kaur Sindhu on August 7th, 2025. In the report, Gartner says, “Over 75% of banking CIOs have already deployed or are actively deploying generative AI (GenAI) in 2025, up from 42% in 2024, making it one of the fastest-adopted technologies in the sector.”

At Lucinity, we believe this rapid uptake validates institutions’ demand for modular GenAI platforms that can be embedded quickly, governed tightly, and prove return on investment. Our SaaS platform - anchored by the Lucinity Case Manager and the Luci AI Agent - consolidates disparate compliance data, automates repetitive review tasks, and produces audit-ready outcomes in minutes instead of hours.

The report focused on key AI use cases and how they are shifting. Gartner says, “Most deployed GenAI use cases continue to remain internally focused; however, banking CIOs report that their firms are expanding into complex processes, such as loan origination, KYC and customer-facing applications.”

At Lucinity, we believe this progression toward higher-value use cases highlights the need for AI that can handle regulated workflows end-to-end. The Luci AI Agent already automates tasks such as negative news checks, money-flow visualizations, and drafting regulatory reports. Lucinity’s Case Manager enables more consistent and thorough investigations while automating manual tasks for speed and accuracy.

The report went on to address the essential area of risk management, where Gartner says, “Concerns about hallucinations, data privacy, and regulatory noncompliance are driving banking CIOs to strengthen their existing AI governance controls and oversight mechanisms.”

Lucinity’s secure design aligns with that requirement. Luci operates within Microsoft Azure OpenAI environments, every AI action is logged for regulators, and any personally identifiable information is encrypted, supporting firms that must provide evidence of privacy and security.
